At Eureka Psychology, LLC, our priority is to offer high-quality, tailored services. While we do not currently accept insurance, we offer superbills automatically to all therapy clients and to testing clients who request them. You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, and you may be directly reimbursed some portion. If you are planning to submit a superbill to your insurance provider, you are strongly encouraged to check with your insurance provider about the reimbursement process BEFORE seeking services with us.
Notes:
We charge the full session fee for any therapy appointments canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice. For testing sessions canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice, clients will be charged $500. The cancellation fee may be waived under certain circumstances (e.g., sickness, emergencies).
Due to surging prices to conduct psychological testing, we are unable to accept insurance at this time due to extremely low reimbursement rates. With the aim of continuing to provide comprehensive assessments, we offer clients the option of self-pay and reduced payments.
Clients may choose to split payments into two—50% paid at the intake session and 50% due at the feedback session (typically 1 month apart).
You may qualify for the reduced fee for testing if you/your child receive(s) Medicaid or if you are experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us if you would like to receive the reduced rate, as these are offered on a limited basis.
